Youth Auxiliaries
Zeta Phi Beta in its early existence committed itself to improve the health and welfare of children and youth. It was the first to establish youth auxiliaries. They are the Archonettes (girls 14-18), Amicettes (9-13) and Pearlettes (4-8).
Sigma Mu Zeta inducted its inaugural group of young ladies on October 18, 2020.

The Pearlette Club is composed of girls between 4 and 8 who are mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to become outstanding leaders in their community.
The purpose of the Pearlette program is to teach young girls the importance of serving their community, developing high academics and personal standards.
The Pearlettes were adopted by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. as a National Youth Auxiliary in 1994.
The Amicette Clubs are composed of girls between 9 and 13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and who demonstrate potential for leadership in service to the community.
The purpose of our Amicette Program is to help young ladies grow culturally, socially, and educationally.
The Amicette were added to the Zeta structure as the junior high auxiliary in 1970.
The Archonette Clubs are composed of girls between the ages of 14 and 18 who are matriculating in junior and senior high schools who demonstrate an interest in the goals and the ideals of scholarship, sisterly love, and community service.
The purpose of the Archonette program is to teach young girls the importance of serving their community, developing high academics and personal standards.
The Archonettes were formed in the 1950's.
